¿FENDER VS YAMAHA?

Cual creen que es mejor en Guitarras Acusticas, la Fender o la Yamaha?
Yo quisiera comprar una Yamaha F325HC o una Fender CD-60 / Fender CD 140S....
De estas alguien me pudiera recomendar una que suene bien bonito, porque me gusta tocar Pop, baladas, musica por el estilo de Mana o Coldplay (balada)...

para mi , personalmente fender, no olvides que es una simple opinion de un humilde guitarrista.

Otro que te recomienda la fender. Yo poseo una acústica de esta marca también y encantado con ella, además que con unos pequeños ajustes (bajar el puente y dejar el mastil bien recto) la guitarra se hace muy cómoda de tocar (un colega mío que sabe bastante y lleva muchos años en este mundillo de hecho dice que mi acústica es la más cómoda que ha tocado xD).

Como punto destacable y valorable entre esas que has mencionado es que la cd140 presenta tapa sólida, lo cual es una diferencia bastante importante respecto a las otras.
