Up for sale is a modded The Loar LH-350 Hollowbody Jazz Guitar. Carved spruce top, laminate back and sides, factory bone nut.
Original poor and flat sounding (IMO) Kent Armstrong neck mounted pickup and electronics removed. Stock (poor quality) trapeze tailpiece also removed.
Mods:
Brand new Lindy Fralin P-90 Pickup (165 Euro value). USA CTS Pots, Sprague Orange Drop tone cap, Switchcraft jack input, Vintage cloth wire, genuine Gibson Speed Knobs with pointers.
New Vintage Style Diamond Bar Nickel Trapeze Tailpiece.
All professionally installed.
Factory neck set strong and tight with no hint of stress or separation.
Aside the mentioned mods, guitar is in Like New condition with Zero fretwear.
Freshly strung with John Pearse 2600 Jazz Light Nickel Wounds, but I´ll include a set of D´Addario ECG26 13-56 Flatwound Chromes for a darker mellow jazz tones.
Guitar plays and sounds fantastic with low action, no fret buzz.
Great chance to grab a great Jazz guitar for professional players at a bargain price.
No case included but I guarantee a bomb-proof packaging.
