Biografía: Gabo Antonini is an Uruguayan guitarist currently living in Spain. He has started his musical training from his 19 years studying styles such as Jazz, Blues, Rock. Later he became interested in guitarists such as Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani. But his greatest influence has been John Petrucci in terms of guitar technique. His music mixes progressive metal with smooth orchestral passages. Gabo Antonini has started an independent label called Anto Music, and under the name of this label has produced his first instrumental album entitled From Darkness to Light (March 2020). This album features 8 songs ranging from typical Joe Satriani instrumental rock, New Age-style orchestral arrangements, to the metal sound of bands like Dream Theater with their progressive rock elements.
