The serial number would refer to a guitar from 1966-1969.
Please see below the specs taken from the Gruhns Guide to Vintage Guitars.

ES-345TD:2 humbucking pickups, stereo electronics (separates pickups and necessitates a Y-chord), Vari-tone rotary tone selector, black ring around Vari-tone switch, tune-o-matic bridge, stop tailpiece, laminated beveled-edge pickguard extends below bridge, triple-bound top, bound back, neck-body joint at 19th fret, single-bound rosewood fingerboard, double-parallelogram inlay, crown peghead inlay, gold-plated hardware, sunburst or natural finish.
Introduced: 1959
Cherry finish optional: late 1959
Shorter pickguard does not extend below bridge: early 1961
Gold ring around Vari-tone switch: 1960
Last natural finish shipped: 1960
Trapeze tailpiece with raised diamond: late 1964
Walnut finish optional: 1969
Stop tailpiece: 1982
Discontinued: 1983

Since the walnut finish was available apparently from 1969, the guitar must be from that year.
