This 1995 Big Muff is the last version of the 'Green Russian' Muffs before the company moved to the Black enclosure seen from '98 onwards. These models feature the rounder, fatter 'Bubble Font' lettering, and often don't tend to suffer from the same paint finishing issues of earlier models. Tonally, these 'Bubble Font' Big Muffs have a higher gain, grittier sound than the earlier Sovtek 'Tall Font' Muffs, with a tighter, less overpowering low end response.
