Fender Jazz Bass JB75-90US 1997, 3-Tone Sunburst, Crafted in Japan (CIJ). Based on the serial number O078488, this instrument was manufactured in 1997 at the renowned Dyna factory. This '75 reissue features the classic 3-tone sunburst finish, a maple neck with bound rosewood fretboard with block inlays. It retains its original bridge, original US made pickups, original tuning machines.

The bass has been upgraded with modern components. Electronics: Replaced with Alpha potentiometers, a new output jack, and a new capacitor for smooth, reliable control. Pickguard: The original black pickguard (included) has been swapped for a tortoise shell pickguard, giving it a more vintage look.

Condition: This bass has been played and shows signs of wear, as pictured. There are various scratches on the body and neck. More notably, there are several chips in the finish on the body edges. Additionally, the nut is chipped on the high G string side, but it does not affect playability.
